Why this exists

Small brands get the worst of both options.

Affiliate apps hand you a dashboard and walk away — you still create every code, read every application and run every payout yourself. Affiliate management agencies will do the work, but they start at several thousand a month and won't take you under a certain size. Affiliarc is the thing in between.

Doing it yourself with an app

  • You create every discount code by hand
  • You read and answer every application
  • You chase creators who never post
  • You work out payouts in a spreadsheet
  • Many apps take 1–2% of your affiliate revenue, forever
  • No record that anyone disclosed the partnership

With Affiliarc

  • Codes created and issued for you
  • Applications screened, you approve with one click
  • Content logged and checked before anyone gets paid
  • Payout runs prepared and reconciled monthly
  • One flat fee — we never touch your revenue
  • A dated disclosure record for every post

What we do

Built for you, then run for you.

A complete affiliate program — attribution, commission, payouts — plus the creator side that classic affiliate tools skip: gifting, content and disclosure. It lives on your subdomain in your branding, and your data sits in a database used by nobody else.

Attribution that actually holds

Every creator gets a unique code. Any order using it counts — whether someone tapped a link or typed the code from a video they saw last week. No cookies, no lost sales from in-app browsers.

A dashboard your creators will open

Live sales, commission, what's cleared, what's coming. They can request products to feature and log their posts. Creators who can see their numbers post more.

Payouts on your schedule, not an algorithm's

Pay what you want, when you want. Bank holiday, cash flow, a part payment — the remainder carries forward automatically. Every other tool assumes a fixed cadence and a minimum threshold.

A compliance record, not a hope

Creators log each post before payout. You get dated links and the terms they accepted. If anyone ever asks whether your partnerships were disclosed, you have an answer rather than an argument.

What each creator is actually worth

Free product costs money. We track what you've gifted against what they've driven, so you can see who's net positive and who's taking three boxes and posting once. Nobody else measures this.

And we do the running

Monthly payout runs prepared, applications triaged, codes issued, leak checks. You approve. We do the rest. That's the part an app can't sell you.

Getting started

Live inside a week.

Most of it happens on our side. Your involvement is about twenty minutes in total.

A 20-minute call

We look at your store, your margins and how you'd like the program to work. You tell us your commission and discount rates, or we suggest them.

We build it

Your own instance, your branding, your subdomain. We create the Shopify app, wire up the order tracking and configure the emails. You add one DNS record.

Your creators join

A signup page on your store. Applications land in your inbox and in your admin. You approve, they get their code and their dashboard the same day.

We keep it running

Payout runs, approvals, product requests, disclosure records, leak monitoring. You get a monthly summary and a program that doesn't need you.

Pricing

One number. No percentage of anything.

One fee to build it, then one monthly number that never moves. Most affiliate tools take a cut of the revenue they help you make, which means the better your program gets, the more you pay. We charge the same whether you do $2,000 a month or $200,000.

$390/month

Plus a one-time $490 to build and configure it. Nothing else, ever.

  • Built, branded and configured for you ($490 once)
  • Unlimited creators
  • Unlimited orders — no revenue share
  • Creator dashboard on your domain
  • Monthly payout runs prepared
  • Applications and product requests handled
  • Disclosure records kept
  • Email support, two business days
  • Cancel any time

What the alternatives cost

Roughly, for a brand doing $20,000 a month through creators.

Affiliate app, free tierYou do all the work. Order caps apply. $0
Affiliate app, paid tier$30/mo plus around 2% of affiliate sales ~$430
Affiliate management agencyRetainer, usually with a minimum brand size $2,000+
Hiring someone part-timeA few hours a week at market rate $1,200+
AffiliarcSoftware and the work · $490 once to build $390

Figures are indicative. Check current pricing with each provider — app fees that scale with revenue rise as your program grows, which is the part worth modelling.

Case study

The program we built for ourselves.

Affiliarc came out of running a real affiliate and creator program for Hello Candy, a Swedish candy importer selling into the US. Everything below is the system that brand runs on today — which is also what you'd get.

Hello Candy · Swedish confectionery · Shopify

We were doing all of it by hand — making codes, working out commission in a spreadsheet, chasing people who'd gone quiet. Now creators sign themselves up and I approve them in a click.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Do my creators see your branding?

No. It runs on your own subdomain in your colours with your logo, and every email comes from your address. As far as your creators are concerned, you built it.

What access do you need to my store?

A Shopify app that reads orders and discounts, so we can tell which sale came from which code. We store the order total, the code and the product names — not your customers' names, emails or addresses. You can uninstall it from your Shopify admin at any moment and access stops immediately.

What happens if I cancel?

No contract and no notice period. We export your creator list, commission history and payout records so nothing is stranded, then shut the instance down. Any commission you owe creators is still yours to settle.

Does it work for anything other than Shopify?

Not today. Everything is built around Shopify's order data. If you're on another platform, tell us on the call and we'll be honest about whether it's worth waiting.

Can I set different commission rates per creator?

Yes. Rates are per creator, so you can pay a top performer more without changing anyone else. Discount percentage, clearing period and payout method are all yours to set too.

What does the $490 setup fee cover?

The build. We create your Shopify app, stand up your own database and hosting, configure the branding, wire up the order tracking and the emails, and set up your subdomain and sending domain. It's a day of real work and it's charged once. After that it's $390 a month and nothing else.

Why a flat fee instead of a percentage?

Because a percentage punishes you for succeeding. Our cost to run your program doesn't change when your sales double, so our price shouldn't either. At $20k a month through creators, a 2% revenue share costs more than we do — and the gap widens from there.

Is this an affiliate program or a creator program?

Both, and that's deliberate. The affiliate side is the machinery — unique codes, attribution, commission, payouts. The creator side is what most affiliate tools leave out: sending free product, requiring content in return, and keeping a record that the partnership was disclosed. If you're recruiting coupon and cashback sites, a standard affiliate app is a better fit. If you're working with people who make content, you want both halves.

How long until it's live?

Usually under a week. Most of that is waiting on DNS and on you approving your first creators. The build itself takes us about a day.
